Who needs this service?

Any newly incorporated Irish company that has not yet completed its RBO filing, or any company that needs to update its beneficial ownership after a share transfer or change of control.

When you need it

Within five months of incorporation. After that the company is non-compliant, can be fined, and may struggle to open or operate a bank account. Updates to beneficial ownership must also be filed within 14 days of the change.
