Effective date: 15 June 2026 · Version 2.3
IncorpHub (incorphub.ie), a service of Stein Commercial Ltd, trading as Workhub
1. Who we are and what this policy covers
This policy explains how Stein Commercial Ltd, trading as Workhub (operating the IncorpHub brand at incorphub.ie) ("we", "us", "our"), uses cookies and similar technologies on our website. It should be read with our Privacy Policy. For any questions, contact nick@workhub.ie.
2. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files placed on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies, such as pixels, tags and local storage, work in comparable ways. They help websites function, remember your preferences, and understand how the site is used.
3. How we use cookies
We use cookies on incorphub.ie to make the site work, to keep it secure, to understand and improve how it is used, and, with your consent, for measurement and advertising. Strictly necessary cookies are always active. We set all other cookies only after you give consent through our cookie banner: no non-essential cookies are placed on your device before you consent.
4. Categories of cookies we use
Strictly necessary
Required for the website and checkout to function, including security and remembering your cookie choices. These cannot be switched off in our systems. They include cookies set by our payment provider, Stripe, to process payments and help prevent fraud.
Analytics / performance
Help us understand how visitors use the site so we can improve it. We use Google Analytics 4 for this, which we set only with your consent. We also use Vercel Web Analytics, which does not use cookies: it produces aggregated visitor statistics from limited technical data (such as data derived from your request) and does not store information that identifies you.
Advertising / marketing
Used to measure and improve our advertising and to show relevant ads, such as Google Ads remarketing. Where we run advertising cookies, we set them only with your consent. We are not currently running advertising cookies, and we will update this policy and our cookie banner before any advertising cookies are activated.
Functional
Remember choices you make to provide a more personalised experience. These are set only with your consent.
5. Examples of cookies
| Cookie / technology | Provider | Purpose | Category |
|---|---|---|---|
| _ga, _ga_* | Google Analytics | Distinguish users and measure site usage | Analytics |
| (no cookie) | Vercel Web Analytics | Measure site usage without cookies | Analytics (cookieless) |
| _gcl_* | Google Ads | Measure ad conversions and remarketing (only when our advertising is live) | Advertising |
| __stripe_mid, __stripe_sid | Stripe | Process payments and prevent fraud (set at checkout) | Strictly necessary |
| Consent preference (local storage) | incorphub.ie | Remember your cookie choices | Strictly necessary |
This list is illustrative. The exact cookies set depend on the choices you make in our cookie banner and may change over time; we keep this table aligned with the cookies actually in use.
6. Your consent and choices
When you first visit our site, our cookie banner lets you accept or reject non-essential cookies. Your consent is freely given: rejecting is as easy as accepting, there are no pre-ticked boxes, and you can use the site whether or not you accept non-essential cookies.
You can change or withdraw your choice at any time using the link; withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it, and when you withdraw it we stop setting the relevant cookies and tags. You can also control cookies through your browser settings, including deleting or blocking them, although some parts of the site may not work properly if you do.
7. Third-party tools and transfers
Some cookies are set by third parties whose services we use, including Google (analytics and, when live, advertising), Stripe (payments) and Vercel (hosting and cookieless web analytics). We do not control how these third parties use data through their own cookies, and their processing is governed by their own privacy and cookie notices. Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area; we explain the safeguards for international transfers in our Privacy Policy.
8. Legal basis
We use cookies in line with the European Communities (Electronic Communications Networks and Services) (Privacy and Electronic Communications) Regulations 2011 (SI 336/2011) and the GDPR. Strictly necessary cookies rely on the exemption for cookies essential to provide a service you have requested; all other cookies are set only with your consent, which is the legal basis for them.
9. More information
For how we handle personal data generally, see our Privacy Policy. Questions about this policy can be sent to nick@workhub.ie.
10. Changes
We may update this Cookies Policy from time to time. The effective date above shows when it was last revised.
