Complete AML verification
Under Irish AML and corporate compliance regulations, we verify the identity of all directors and beneficial owners before filing. You will receive a straightforward checklist. Most clients complete this within 24 hours.
Receive your Certificate of Incorporation
Once AML is complete, we file with the CRO. Standard processing takes three to five working days. You receive your Certificate of Incorporation, your company number, and your first Annual Return date.
