A Trust or Company Service Provider (TCSP) is a regulated service provider authorised by the Department of Justice to provide company formation, registered office and company secretarial services in Ireland. Not every company offering these services is licensed.
Workhub registered as a TCSP in 2022 and operates under the Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Know Your Customer (KYC) obligations set by Irish law. This means every company we form is backed by a compliant, regulated process, not just a form submission.

A team behind every address
Workhub is not a technology platform with no humans behind it. Our five Dublin locations are staffed, managed buildings with experienced operations teams on site. When you use a Workhub registered address, your post is received and managed by our team, not dropped into an unmonitored mailbox.
Our operations team manages each location directly. Our Sandyford locations at Fern Road and Bracken Road are managed by our Sandyford operations team. Our city centre locations at Camden Street, Adelaide Road, and Baggot Street are managed from our Camden Street hub. Every location is directly accountable to Alex and Nick.
Company formation is handled centrally by our formation team, working directly with the CRO and Revenue on every file. When you have a question about your company, your Annual Return date, or your compliance obligations, you speak to someone who knows your file.

We maintain comprehensive AML and KYC procedures for every client, retain required records in line with Irish law, and operate a zero-tolerance policy on any association with money laundering or financial crime.
