Forming a company in Ireland is straightforward once you understand what is and is not included in the process. The Company Formation Only plan is designed for founders who have already secured a compliant Irish registered address and simply need the incorporation handled correctly. This is common for founders who are already based in Ireland and use their own home or business address, or who have a separate registered office arrangement with a solicitor or accountant.
When you buy this plan, we handle the complete CRO submission on your behalf. That means preparing your company constitution (Memorandum and Articles of Association), filing your Form A1 with the Companies Registration Office, and paying the €50 CRO government charge on your behalf.
Once incorporated, your company will receive its Certificate of Incorporation and a unique Company Registration Number (CRN). What this plan does not include is a registered address. If you do not have a compliant Irish address already, consider the Company Formation + Essential Plan, which bundles a full Dublin city centre registered address for year one. Using a home address as your registered office means that address becomes part of the public CRO register.
