Who is this plan for?

International businesses, UK, US, Chinese, non-EEA, who need a full Irish presence with physical access and compliance support.

Recommended for companies entering Ireland through our PTB partnership for EU establishment.

The Company Formation + Business plan is the plan for international companies that are not just forming an Irish company on paper but are establishing a genuine operational presence in Ireland. It is specifically designed for UK, US, Chinese, non-EEA, and other international businesses that need to demonstrate Irish substance to banks, regulators, partners, and counterparties.

Substance matters. Irish banks, the Revenue Commissioners, and many institutional partners expect to see evidence that your company has real connections to Ireland, not just a registered address. The Business plan provides that evidence in a way that lower-tier plans cannot. One hot desk day per month at any of five Dublin locations means your directors and key personnel can work from a real Dublin office building. Two hours of meeting room use per week means you can hold client and partner meetings in a professional setting.

If all your directors are non-EEA resident, you will also need a Section 137 Bond before the CRO will accept your formation. We can arrange this alongside the formation process.

If all directors are non-EEA resident, a Section 137 Bond is required. Our complete guide explains the cost, timeline, and alternatives.
